Residential Childrens Manager

Description:

Muve Residential is a new Children's Residential Service launching in 2024 in Birmingham. We are seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to join the team and support with the launch of the business.

What we are looking for:

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home
• A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
• Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
• A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months
• Experience in launching a home from day 1 (writing policies, registering with Ofsted, building a developing a workforce, networking with Local Authorities)
