Resident Lift Engineer

Otis is recruiting a talented Lift Engineer (NVQ3 or NVQ4 qualified or equivalent) to be a key part of a dedicated team working as a Resident Engineer, based at one of our flagship, high profile client sites in London's Paddington Square

You will need proven experience of maintenance and call out within the lift industry, fully qualified NVQ3 in service/repair, and proven working on high priority, demanding customer sites.

The role objectives are to respond proactively and timely to breakdowns and achieve first time fix, liaise with the customer and build a good working relationship, achieve zero defect insurance items, use technical knowledge to resolve long standing faults, maintain contractual KPI’s through the reduction of breakdowns and carry out minor repairs to achieve continual lift operation.
