Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Technician interested in understanding the mechanisms underlying normal and impaired tissue regeneration. The post is tenable for 18 months from January 2024 at 0.6 FTE.
The project will focus on the role of miRNAs in regulating neo-vascularization during skin repair. A successful candidate will be working with the Bioimaging core facilities to develop an efficient delivery, tracking and downregulation of miRNAs in human endothelial cells. The cells are forming tiny blood vessel sprouts in vitro, quantifiable by the live imaging in situ.
