Research Finance Manager

Description:

You will line manage Senior Research Finance Officers and Research Finance Officers in your area.

The Person
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of managing teams during period of change
• Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively to both finance and non-finance colleagues within the organisation as well as externally
• A continuous improvement mindset and capability to adapt processes to accommodate changes in research and higher education field
• Excellent organisational skills, strong numeracy skills demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
