Research Fellow In Construction Supply Chain

 

Description:

This role offers a part-time opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a background in construction management to support research and impact development activities. The successful candidate will engage in various tasks aimed at improving supply chain processes in construction through the development and testing of innovative tools. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating research toolkits and materials
  • Collecting and analyzing research impact data
  • Using social media and text mining techniques to promote research
  • Engaging with industry partners and construction SMEs
  • Supporting bid development activities for new research impact funding

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Background in construction management
  • Experience in research, especially related to supply chain improvements
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, especially with SMEs
  • Proficiency in text mining and social media for research promotion
  • Ability to manage and analyze data
