One of largest clients are seeking a Cyber Security expert to join them on a hybrid basis to support with the safeguarding of their laboratory environment
Responsibilities
- Assess cyber security requirements on system, instrument, and architecture of the early research and laboratory scope in project mode and on proactive basis for our on-site as in-cloud environment;
- Identify and manage cyber security risks that could adversely affect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of experiment and laboratory control activities (QC, QC, IPC, etc.)
- Work with IT stakeholders to create processes for the continuous management of cybersecurity
- Be an ambassador for cyber security alongside innovation and problem solving.
- Continuously improve your technical skills within industrial cyber security
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Security Policy.
Requirements
- Degree in Security, Science, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
- 4+ years of work experience in IT and Scientific IT disciplines within a cyber security context.
- Experience in performing cyber security assessments on industrial / scientific instruments
- Experience with cyber security standards
- You possess or are willing to achieve and maintain relevant certifications (e.g., CCSK, OCSP, IEC62443) through training;
