About The Role

The successful Regulatory Solicitor will be working in a well-regarded and growing team mainly defending as well as advising healthcare organisations in relation to Care Quality Commission and prosecution matters.

In brief, you will be advising on matters including, but not limited to,:
 

• Criminal and regulatory sanctions
• Court of Protection
• DPA inquests
• Safeguarding inspections
