The home is beautiful, quiet and purpose built. It is a small site and service with a range of people who have varying degrees of LD & some associated behaviours and conditions. The organisation is hoping to develop the Mental Health side of the development in the near future as there is high demand in the area.

The ideal person will need to have strong management/ leadership skills, hold the RMA/ NVQ 4 and have experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health problems. You will also need to be forward thinking with sound budget management and marketing skills.

For your passion and commitment, you will be rewarded will a salary of circa £30'000 - £35,000(Can be negotiated for the right person), and a range of great benefits including 28 days holiday, pension scheme, life assurance and Discount/ Voucher scheme.
