As the Regional VP of UK&I at Keepit, you will be pivotal in leading and motivating our sales teams within this region. You will craft sales strategies, ensure seamless execution, and ensure that targets are not just met, but surpassed. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the region’s success, and we anticipate that you will infuse the same vigor and dedication that has made Keepit a force to be reckoned with on the global stage.

Key tasks as Regional VP of UK&I with Keepit will include:

• Taking ownership of the success of our sales team in the UK&I and inspiring our skilled team members to successfully accelerate growth in our New Customers acquisition.
• Strategic Sales Planning with a focus on hands on execution: Craft and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for the UK&I region.
• Drive Net New Revenue: The key focus is to drive New Customer acquisition. Your role will be to Guide the Account Executives to identify and seize opportunities and ensure a high closing ratio.
• Accountability: Ensure Account Executives are held accountable for generating a robust sales pipeline and meeting targets.
• Professional Development: Champion continuous growth and training for the sales team.
• Collaboration with Partner Account Executives: Foster strong partnerships with regional MSPs, VARs, and other relevant partners in the UK&I by working in close alignment with our PAEs and our EMEA VP of Channel.
