Elis is seeking an energetic and inspirational Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand the Elis brand in the UK. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with business leaders and operational managers to win new business and lead their regional sales team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the sales team and spending approximately 80% of time in the field, supporting and coaching the team to win new business.
- Focusing on new business acquisition, with no account management responsibilities.
- Coaching and motivating team members to achieve their sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Analyzing sales performance metrics and ensuring the team meets objectives.
- Promoting Elis service offerings to new businesses within the marketplace.
