Our client, a market leader in Materials Handling Equipment (MHE), is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in the Midlands region. With a focus on both new business development and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, this role offers a dynamic opportunity for a sales professional to join a company known for innovation and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive regional sales and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, for orders ranging from £20K to £2M.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various industries including manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a consultative sales approach and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide regular insights and reports on territory performance, market trends, and sales progress.

About You:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within materials handling, industrial equipment, or a similar sector.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Track record of closing high-value deals and driving market growth.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in materials handling, trucks, forklifts, or industrial solutions.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and drive market share expansion.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, driven, and results-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
