Role Overview: Hawkin Dynamics, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring our force measurement solutions reach new markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Achievement: Consistently meet sales targets, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure quarterly targets are met.
  • Strategic Approach: Implement a systematic and strategic approach to sales, ensuring consistent and measurable results.
  • Sales Documentation: Accurately and promptly prepare sales quotes and orders, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Negotiation: Use the pricing matrix effectively during negotiations to maximize returns and secure optimal deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Provide outstanding customer service, building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, positioning yourself as an expert in force measurement solutions.
  • Product Mastery: Possess deep knowledge of our products and understand what sets Hawkin Dynamics apart from competitors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of sales leads and internal documents to ensure seamless tracking and follow-up.
  • Proactivity and Creativity: Show initiative, creativity, and organizational skills to drive sales growth and address challenges proactively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commit to ongoing personal development and process improvements to enhance performance.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar sales management role within elite sporting, clinical, or occupational contexts, particularly with force measurement solutions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of managing and growing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing high-value new business deals.
  • Target Driven: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events across EMEA.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English.
