Now, we are building bridges to the UK markets, and need a visionary Regional Sales Manager, UK - to be our ambassador for Cybersecure, Simple, Automated OT (Operational Technology) connectivity.

- Self-Driven with Entrepreneurial Attitude: We're seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "can-do" spirit. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and embraces challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset. Speed is not just a requirement; it's a way of life.
- Seniority Level - Track Record (5-7 Years): We require a professional with a proven track record in existing and new Customer sales (Direct and Channel), knowledge about IoT, networks or Operational Technologies would be an asset. You should have at least 5-7 years of experience in relevant roles, demonstrating your ability to close business and drive growth.
- Brave and Confident: We need someone who isn't afraid to break new ground, explore uncharted territories, and make bold decisions. Confidence in your abilities is a must, as you'll be tasked with Customer facing activities, negotiating deals, and driving the business forward. Your boldness and unwavering confidence will be key to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Identify New Customer opportunities for business growth and expansion within UK and Ireland
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners.
- Raising Tosibox's profile through attending key smart IOT Building, Industrial automation and OT Cybersecurity events in UK.
- Planning and contributing to UK regional sales and Marketing content
- Make data-driven decisions and regularly report on sales and business performance.
- Occasional European travel may be required.
