There are a number of significant engineering projects and site improvements/upgrades being carried out within the Northern region over the coming years for you get your teeth stuck into!

We have worked alongside this business for many years, recruiting several key roles for them across the board, but with 2024 in full swing, this Regional Engineering Manager role is certainly up there as one of the most important appointments they will make this year.

The ideal candidate for the Regional Engineering Manager will have the following background:

• An experienced and well qualified Engineering Manager/Head of Engineering who has led large engineering/maintenance teams.
• Qualified, either through the form of an Engineering Degree or Apprenticeship.
• A strong understanding of Engineering Disciplines - Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation.
• Previous experience working in highly-regulated engineering sectors - Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food Manufacturing, etc. would be particularly desirable.
• Strong people leader, who challenge, coach and motivate teams through effective change management.
• Has a track record of driving engineering efficiencies whilst contributing to the continual running of smooth and safe manufacturing operation.
• A strong stakeholder manager, who can liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally.
