Refuse Loaders

Description:

We are recruiting for REFUSE LOADERS to join DWP Wareham Depot on a temporary basis to support their permanent team. You will start by gaining ad hoc shifts and in time, potentially gain up to 37 hours per week. You will provide your availability weekly and shifts will be allocated by the depot. You will have a good work ethic, the ability to remain calm in conflict situations, good road awareness and be a team player. No experience required as full on-going training is provided. Many agency workers have gained permanent positions as and when they become available to apply for.
