Recruitment Sales Manager

 

Description:

You’ll be working alongside a hands-on executive team with extensive experience in building and scaling recruitment businesses, they will be on hand for coaching and mentoring to support your development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the sales industry.
  • Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
  • Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
  • You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have proven success at building and managing 360 recruiters
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
