The Person

  • As a specialist in placing Permanent, Part Qualified, Accountancy & Finance talent into C&I, you possess the necessary gravitas for a management position.
  • It maybe you already have experience in growing and developing a division, or you are doing so, yet without the formal title or salary to reflect this.
  • A billing manager role, it is important you can demonstrate how you have been able to manage or nurture success out of others, whilst maintaining good personal billing yourself.
  • Ideally, your success to date includes representing an A&F recruitment brand, selling to C-Level decision makers and playing a key role in the growth of that division.
  • More than anything, you have a professional and proactive approach – with a real passion for recruitment and the solutions it brings to candidates and clients alike.

 

 

The Role:

  • Part Qualified, Permanent is one of the most established in the business, and as a billing manager, you will inherit a £200k+ billing desk.
  • Leading from the front, you will be given the autonomy to direct the division and drive it to the next level
  • Utilising your natural coaching style, you will develop the existing team and all new hires. Funding is in place to accelerate growth with additional consultants.
  • An autonomous environment, yet one with a very healthy respect for management. To this end you will proactively leads your team, set team targets, monitor, train and review their performance and progression within the business.
  • With 6 related specialisms, there are excellent cross-selling opportunities across other business verticals to support your business development into new and existing accounts.
  • Inherit an exceptional and enviable existing client list and stellar network of candidates.
  • The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress to an AD Level role.
