Recruitment Coordinator

 

Description:

A vacancy has arisen within our Human Resources department based in Biggleswade for a Recruitment Coordinator on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The role contributes to the success of Liebherr – Great Britain Ltd Human Resources department through the control and maintenance of the HR data base and systems for employee records and recruitment whilst ensuring outstanding customer service at all times and working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.

Your Responsibilities

  • Works as part of the HR team to implement the overall recruitment and retention strategy;
  • Ensuring Liebherr Recruitment Procedure is followed and adhered to, including approval is obtained to progress vacancy;
  • Managing the whole candidate process through MySuccess recruitment function;
  • Setting up of and maintenance of vacancy files;
  • Management of company job portal for Liebherr-Great Britain vacancies;
  • Collating all received CVs and acknowledging accordingly;
  • Supports Line Managers in all departments through the hiring process;
  • Advertising of new roles, via online job boards and social media, utilising other sourcing methods where necessary;
  • Assists and works with Marketing in respect of Social Media advertising campaigns and candidate attraction initiatives;
  • Support other users of the systems, producing user guides and training materials where appropriate;
  • Coordinate and schedule the entire candidate interview process from initial screens to full loop interviews, schedule applicable assessments, generate offer documents, handle background screenings, and oversee onboarding completion;
  • Upholding diligence to GDPR requirements and uncompromising respect to confidentiality;
  • Providing relevant recruitment data as directed by Head of HR and Board of Directors;
  • Providing relevant HR/Employment Law advice to managers in relation to recruitment;
  • Organising recruitment events;
  • Liaising with the local job centres in regard to the business requirements;
  • Liaising with local schools and colleges around careers events
  • Any other duty as required by management commensurate with the post.
     

Your Profile

The Successful Candidate Will Require The Following

  • Strong experience of working with HR technology, utilising SAP/SAGE or similar HRIS/Payroll/ATS systems previosuly.
  • Ability to articulate highly developed customer service skills applied in a working environment of similar complexity.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
  • 3 GCSE's grade A-C or 9-4 (or equivalent) including English.
