As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for sourcing high quality candidates and managing the candidate experience end to end. Upon successful training, you will have the opportunity to move into a 360 recruitment role where you will be responsible for winning new clients, business development and full client management. You will be given plenty of training to help you succeed in the role, as well as opportunities to develop your skillset and earn yourself a promotion!
