Recruitment Consultant

I am currently looking for two recruitment consultants who are looking to embark on a career recruiting in financial services.

You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment consultants in delivering on their clients requests. You will be looking after researching the market and finding candidates.

Responsibilities

• Entry level recruitment role with training programme
• Actively source and qualify candidates through all available channels
• Assist on delivering client mandates through tender documents, candidate contact etc
• Maintaining strong relationships in the market
• Working to improve recruitment efficiency for the client's processes

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of AGENCY recruitment experience in the UK
• Strong interest and willingness to learn the financial services market
• High attention to detail and good written skills
• Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
• Have current, non-expiring, work rights for the UK
