The Role

With training delivered by our Directors, you'll be taught your specialism and it's geography. You'll be given targets to earn your rewards.

You will be required to call candidates & clients with the aims of finding the perfect match.

You’ll be expected to headhunt, generate leads and build key relationships with candidates and clients.

You will receive weekly and monthly targets, as well as clear promotion criteria – you just need to bring the energy and the drive to succeed.
