We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our client’s HR team as a Recruitment Business Partner. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that support their ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our Head of HR to build and develop a world-class recruitment function.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Support managers to conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
- Support with the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer acceptance.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits packages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
