Description:
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Maidenhead .

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, managing the signing in/out process and issuing access control cards.
Oversee meeting room bookings and coordinate room setups with porters as needed.
Administer the Book a Space app for desk and onsite parking spaces.
Arrange couriers, handle post, and book taxis when necessary.
Manage employee email distribution lists and support new starters with Facilities induction information.
Allocate gym memberships, raise purchase orders, and maintain departmental records.
Coordinate with global accounts payable for invoice and payment queries.
Assist with organizing company social events and liaise with Executive Assistants when needed.
Collaborate with building front-of-house security to manage visitor expectations.
