Receptionist

 

Description:

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Maidenhead .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, managing the signing in/out process and issuing access control cards.

  • Oversee meeting room bookings and coordinate room setups with porters as needed.

  • Administer the Book a Space app for desk and onsite parking spaces.

  • Arrange couriers, handle post, and book taxis when necessary.

  • Manage employee email distribution lists and support new starters with Facilities induction information.

  • Allocate gym memberships, raise purchase orders, and maintain departmental records.

  • Coordinate with global accounts payable for invoice and payment queries.

  • Assist with organizing company social events and liaise with Executive Assistants when needed.

  • Collaborate with building front-of-house security to manage visitor expectations.
