Overview
Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors, ensuring all sign-in procedures are followed.
Answering Calls: Manage incoming calls, transfer them as necessary, and take messages when required.
Parent Communication: Respond to parental inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Visitor Management: Maintain a log of all visitors and ensure security procedures are followed, such as issuing visitor badges.
Daily Attendance: Record student absences and communicate this information to relevant staff members. Send half term attendance reports to key staff
Mail Handling: Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
Administrative Support: Assist with light administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and maintaining reception supplies.
First Aid Support: Provide first aid or call for medical assistance when required (if trained).

Knowledge and experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment with ease.
