Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, take messages and transfer calls
  • Welcome visitors and colleagues, offering refreshments
  • Monitor front door security via CCTV
  • Manage the reception email inbox, responding or redirecting emails as required
  • Book and organise meeting rooms and monitor and replenish meeting room supplies
  • Maintain the organisation and presentation of the reception area
  • Provide administrative support to department managers and the office coordinator
  • Manage office sundry contracts
  • Handle incoming post and distribute it accordingly.
  • Undertake any other duties as required by the HR Manager, Managing Director, and department managers.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
