Description:
We are looking to recruit a receptionist who will be the first point of contact for public correspondence with the museum. You will meet visitors, guests, and contractors as they arrive at the Regional Resource Centre and handle all phone and email traffic through the museum switchboard. You will ensure high levels of visitor experience, providing a consistently professional, polite and efficient service, directing contacts to other museum staff as required. Assist the bookings coordinator with processing school and group booking requests. Sign for deliveries and enable their distribution around the museum and take responsibility for the presentation of the reception area.
