Description:

In this role, you will provide commercial property support within a busy and expanding Real Estate department, working closely with high-profile clients in the education sector. Your primary responsibilities will involve handling property aspects related to schools' conversion to Academy status, Academy mergers, reorganizations, and general property work in the education field.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide high-quality advice on a broad range of commercial property matters.
  • Act for landowners regarding Telecoms Code Agreements.
  • Manage your own caseload with growing responsibility.
  • Assist senior team members with complex transactions.
  • Support marketing efforts, including writing reports, updating literature, and seeking networking opportunities.
  • Achieve budgeted hours and fees for the year.
  • Participate in short-term secondments with clients if required.
  • Conduct legal research and provide exceptional client service.
