Requirements:

• Proven experience in brokerage and real estate.

• Proficiency in customer service and sales.

• Strong knowledge of real property laws and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

• Valid Real Estate Broker license.

• Experience with real estate software and tools is a plus.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
