Description:

React.JS, + Back end C# Senior engineer is needed for a Belfast City based Hedge Fund who operate across the energy, commodities, equities and other financial markets. As well as providing a technology-powered by data platform, market access and infrastructure services to clients, are looking to hire a Senior, Front Office, React front end and C# back end Engineer to work exceptionally closely with the trading desk, helping to build out a Greenfield Trading system. Involvement from architectural design, team leadership, Development and deployment.

As a Senior React, C# engineer you will work very closely with the Front Office, delivering tools and applications to the trading desk to cover and improve hedging & risk management, pricing and ad-hoc trading activities, as the firm replace current off-the-shelf trading software. In addition to their own in-house trading, the new application will be packaged as a SAAS and sold as a product to competitors.

React.JS, + Back end C# Senior Engineer:

As a Senior React + Back end C Senior engineer, the primary task would be to design & implement applications for the trading desk, to cover hedging & risk management, pricing and trading activities.

· You will get involved in the design and architecture of a 'best in class', Greenfield, trading application that can not only be used in-house, but used as SAAS for other trading houses.

· Ensuring that trading applications are conforming to the Funds technology testing standards. Working closely with quants and technology, to ensure that trading requirements are understood and accounted for in the design and implementation of global applications.
