Description:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team across Gravesend, London & Thurrock.
You’ll:
- Assist with the procurement of subcontract packages as required, including the preparation of tender documents and support on tender analysis.
- Input into the production of Stage 1 deliverables for submission to the Client in accordance with the contract.
- Management of subcontracts, certifying payments and administering change
- Commercial project reporting and forecasting.
- Assisting with the identification and analysis of change with the client and supply chain and the production of the associated documentation
- Work closely with the project management and construction team to develop and deliver the project scope
- Ensure compliance with Skanska standards and procedures in respect of Commercial activities
- Other commercial tasks depending on project needs
We’re looking for:
- BSc or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent construction related subject
- Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
- Experience in NEC 4 forms of contract
- Relevant CSCS Card
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal development
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages
