Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Quality Procedures and Systems in the Organisation.
  • Upkeep of Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement Control.
  • Assisting the Certification Evaluator and department managers.
  • Useful terms and conditions that adhere to certification requirements and guidelines.
  • Develop, manage, and implement changes or updates to processes and procedures. Ensure effective and efficient document control.
  • Create management review reports and follow up on actions for management reviews, including annual, monthly, and impartiality committee.
  • Undertake a portion of auditing in coordination with relevant managers supporting other auditors and involving managers.
