Quality Control Claims Handler

 

Description:

As a Credit Hire Claims Handler with Stocalfe Response, you manage a portfolio of customers claims whilst in our Credit Hire Vehicles. You will use your problem solving abilities to determine liability, whilst delivering world class customer service and correctly providing claims management service provisions. You will ensure constant communication between insurers, engineers, repairers and storage yards to ensure our claims run quickly and smoothly.

What experience and skills do I need to do the job?

 

Previous experience working with RTA claims would be desirable.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment so skills which will help you succeed in this role are excellent communication, great time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks.

Working as part of a close-knit team as well as using your own initiative are also required in this role.
