Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate calls in adherence with FCA guidelines.
  • Monitor call volumes, support the Customer Success Team, and identify business trends and risks.
  • Performing spot checks and identifying vulnerable calls.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders such as Compliance and Team Leaders.
  • Meet designated call sampling targets and timelines while crafting detailed call feedback summaries.

 

Experience and skills required:

  • Thorough understanding of current FCA regulations, consumer duty, outcome testing, and cross-cutting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of customer-centric values.
  • Good work ethic - be a team player and work on your own initiative to meet deadlines.
