We focus on FMCG Market Research and beyond. We use video to capture reality so that decisions are based on what people actually do, not just what they say they do.

 

Our key outputs are PowerPoint presentations and online written reports. The findings within both of these are supported by wham-bam-thank-you-ma’am (nod to the legend that is still Mr Bowie) highlight videos, built from the raw footage.

 

And they’ve been going down a storm.

 

We’re on the lookout for someone just like you—a brilliant qual expert with razor-sharp analytical skills and a natural flair for storytelling. Whether you’ve been wrangling insights on the agency or client-side rodeo, we'd love to meet you!

 

It’d be grand if you’ve had experience with video ethnography too. But that’s not essential. For us, mindset is everything. We’re looking for someone who gets their kicks out of having their snorkel at the ready and jumping right in.

 

Here’s the lowdown on what you’ll be doing:

  • Work alongside our Project Managers to help craft top-notch proposals and activity guides that answer the client's brief in a way that plays to the strengths of our methodology.
  • Lead projects that inform our clients business objectives, showcasing best in class thinking. Project size and complexity depends on experience.
  • Make clear, bold, action focussed recommendations based on the learnings from the analysis but also considers the strategic, commercial, and contextual implications of the research.
  • Deep dive into raw footage from participants, interpreting and analysing it to create compelling, meaningful stories that are linked to our clients business objectives.
  • Construct engaging and impactful storyboards to support the research findings.
  • Debrief the research on-site or online, in an engaging manner and with passion and gravitas. Your audience would range from research stakeholders to broader brand teams.
  • Use your qualitative skills and knowledge to help us develop new research approaches and methodologies.
