Role Of a Qualified Teacher
- Teachers in preparing and organizing the classroom for lessons. They help set up learning materials, equipment, and resources needed for various activities, ensuring a conducive environment for teaching and learning.
- Teacher works with small groups of students or individual students who need additional help or guidance. They provide targeted support to reinforce learning objectives, assist with tasks, and help students develop specific skills in subjects like literacy, numeracy, and science.
- Teachers may assist in administering assessments and recording student progress. They help teachers collect data, monitor student performance, and provide feedback on assignments and activities, contributing to the assessment process and informing instructional planning.
- Teachers may assist in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, educational outings, and enrichment programs. They support the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum, promoting students' interests and engagement in learning beyond the classroom.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Have previous experience working as a Teacher within an educational setting and have the mentality to give the class in all subjects.
- Evidence of any additional qualifications, certifications, or postgraduate studies relevant to teaching, such as a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Evidence of completion of safeguarding training, such as a certificate or confirmation from a training provider. This demonstrates your understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
- Hold relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or a related field.
- Are passionate about supporting the learning and development of student and making a positive difference in their lives.
