My award winning London client with a fantastic company culture is looking for an Account Executive to join their team in the new year. You will ensure the smooth running of client accounts and projects, supporting the client team in preparation for client meetings, announcements, pitches and presentations through timely media and peer monitoring and overseeing logistics for client meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent and timely media and peer monitoring to ensure both the team, and clients are kept up to date of key developments.
- Shadow senior team members during client interactions to gain a deeper understanding of financial PR and how the client/consultant relationship works.
- Manage sign off process and confidently upload RNS announcements and distribute to the correct audiences on time.
- Complete the first draft of key client documents, in particular journalist briefing documents, press releases, Q&A and presentations for review by the team.
- Oversee logistics and support the team effectively around client announcements without prompting.
- Speak to press and analysts confidently about clients and what they do.
- Attend networking events and represent Alma well.
- Contribute to the new business process through research and formatting of pitch documents.
- Competently produce and format client documents and demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
