Proposals Engineer

Your key responsibility will be to prepare winning bids and take ownership of the end to end bid process including managing an opportunity from qualification through to contract award. This will include strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner / sub-contractor identification and risk management. Bids range in value from a few thousands to £1m+

To succeed in the role of Proposal Engineer / Tender Manager it’s essential that you have experience of a similar role in an engineering business – this experience will ideally be complemented with hands on engineering knowledge.
