I am recruiting for a top Legal 500 firm who are looking to hire a Junior Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Central London. The client are a full-service international law firm, with a London property team consisting of almost 50 Solicitors.

The role requires the successful candidate to work on prime London real estate transactions for HNW and UHNW clients. The team work on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Due to their position within the Legal 500, they require candidates to have a background of top Legal 500 departments.
• Experience managing a caseload of residential files
• A degree from a top UK University
