The practice is looking for a 2 to 4 Years PQE Real Estate Disputes lawyer to handle a full range of commercial property disputes. Desirable experience includes dealing with development disputes, nuisance, property contract disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, property related professional negligence claims and contested lease renewals.
