An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspector to join an independent estate agent at their office in Cardiff. This multi-branch agent have an excellent reputation locally and are now looking for a Property Inspector to join the team

Property Inspector - Duties
 

• Carrying out midterm property inspections and check outs
• Reporting on property condition back to the Property Manager and Landlord
• Obtain quotes for any remedial works/repairs
• Handling end of tenancy process
• Overseeing deposit negotiations and return of the deposit
• Dealing with any deposit disputes and submitting relevant evidence to DPS
• Processing documents to ensure property compliance
• General Lettings administration pertaining to the role
   

Property Inspector - Experience Needed
 

• You will have previous Lettings experience
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• You will have excellent organisational skills and great time keeping
• You will be able to manage your own diary and have a keen eye for detail
• You will have a great work ethic and be able to self-motivate
• Possess a clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
