Babcock International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Tewkesbury, Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex engineering projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services.
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion, leading teams, managing budgets, and driving efficiency in delivery. This position is onsite at Ashchurch and requires Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring technical and commercial success.
- Oversee requirements capture, scoping, pricing models, and proposal documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure strong financial management and control to maximize project profitability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving contract growth.
- Manage a diverse team of professionals, ensuring efficient delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical project management within an engineering environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong financial and resource management skills.
- Experience working with internal and external supply chain teams.
- Must be a sole UK national with Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
