It's an exciting time to join the COO Change team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers, and streamline and automate our business processes. To help us build our change capability, accelerate the delivery of our strategic programmes, and drive the adoption of improved ways of working, we're looking for an experienced individual to join the growing team as a Project Manager on a 12 month FTC aligning to our Commercial Digital Portfolio.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:
 

  • Delivers assigned projects to agreed criteria and project methodology
  • Identifies, assesses, and manages risks, escalating where needed and proposes solutions to address any key issues that arise
  • Estimates costs, timescales, and resource requirements, securing resources and building plans for the successful delivery of the projects
  • Monitors and tracks all activities and acts where these deviate from the plan
  • Manages third parties and suppliers to meet all project goals within agreed costs, time, and quality criteria
  • Works with stakeholders to ensure full understanding, commitment, and engagement to the project goals
  • Represents the project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the business and provide accurate and timely reports
