Project Manager

Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Defence Services projects for customers across the Western Europe constellation, including the UK. You will oversee and manage multiple concurrent projects, manage project teams and coordinate with various stakeholders while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Your main tasks include:

• leading and managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects from inception to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, time and budget while meeting quality standards
• engaging directly with Defence customers, both in the UK and internationally
• monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively address issues as they arise
• preparing and delivering regular project status reports to key stakeholders.
• leading and line managing a small team of dedicated technical professionals, fostering their growth and development
• supporting and collaborating with the sales teams by providing work and cost estimates for potential new projects and by contributing to proposal development.
