Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead on implementation of charity-wide changes to the Dogs Trust governance structure, and any subsequent changes to its subsidiaries that will enable us to deliver our strategy.

What does this role involve?

As Governance Project Manager, you’ll:

  • project manage the implementation of important changes to our corporate structure, maintaining a detailed project plan and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure the project timeline is kept,
  • set up and facilitate workstream groups, ensuring actions are completed,
  • manage relationships with senior staff and external legal advisors,
  • be in daily communication with a number of action owners.

 

What skills do you need?

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • a “can-do” attitude to getting things done,
  • excellent proficiency in project management software,
  • have some experience in similar role (such as business development), where you have had to liaise with a number of different departments and colleagues in order to complete a large-scale project,
  • effective communication skills, with the ability to influence in order to ensure actions are completed.
