Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer - BEMS Optimisation, you will play a key role in delivering energy-efficient solutions and optimising building systems. You will lead small to medium-sized projects, including upgrades, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance, working closely with clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Implementation: Lead BMS project works, overseeing installations, commissioning, and integration.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to RAMS and workplace risk assessments before and during site visits.
• System Optimisation & Maintenance: Perform BMS upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Technical Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate relevant project tasks, ensuring on-time and budget-friendly completion.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal management, clients, and third parties to achieve project objectives.
• Continuous Improvement & Training: Support business growth by developing new skills and sharing knowledge with the project delivery team.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service excellence and identifying areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Technical Expertise:

• Experienced in Building Management Systems (BMS) maintenance.
• Qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (HNC/ONC or equivalent).
• Substantial experience and/or qualifications in Trend (IQ Vision desirable) and/or Tridium systems.
• Cylon BMS experience is desirable.
