We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Director to work for a major tier one main contractor on a Datacentre project in London.

Looking for a Project Director to work on a new build Datacentre and be responsible for delivering the major scheme from cradle to grave. This Project Director will be based in London and be working for a main contractor with a trusted name in the market for their consistent high standards in delivery and client relationships.

This Project Director will be working for a company who offer a great amount of career progression and growth as they are continually winning major landmark schemes in London.

The ideal Project Director

• Experience working on high value projects circa £100 million
• Ideally 3 - 5 years experience in a Project Director on a Datacentre.
• Experience working as a Project Director for a tier one main contractor.
• Ideally a great understanding of M&E and excellent knowledge of delivering a project from start to finish.
• Project director with a good blend of skills of delivering while also having excellent client communication and able bring a team together for the successful delivery of a project.
• Someone who has great attention to detail when it comes to the commercial and technical delivery of the project.
