We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in delivering top-notch website and mobile app solutions to our clients, from project kickoff through to consultation, content migration, user management setup, approval sign off, go-live, and training. As a Delivery Technician, you will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations with a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project delivery process for website and mobile app development, ensuring timely and quality delivery from start to finish.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, offering consultative support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage content migration and user management setup, ensuring a seamless transition to new platforms.
- Facilitate the approval and sign-off process, ensuring all client specifications are met to the highest standard.
- Coordinate the go-live process, ensuring a smooth launch of websites and mobile apps.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our platforms effectively.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach throughout all stages of project delivery, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project delivery, preferably within the technology or educational sector.
- Strong technical proficiency, with an ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on consultative and client-centric approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
