An exciting opportunity has arisen at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) for an enthusiastic and highly motivated project manager to join our Macmillan Right by You project team.

Macmillan Right by You (Wessex) aims to improve cancer care across the Wessex Region by promoting integrated working between acute and primary care based nursing services with an explicit focus on personalised supportive care.

Macmillan Right by You involves stakeholders from across the Wessex Region, in particular: Wessex Cancer Alliance, Macmillan Cancer Support, Dorset County Hospital, University Hospital Southampton and general practices across Southampton City and West Dorset. The project leadership and management function is hosted by University Hospital Southampton, however this is a regional transformation role with an expectation to support all project sites and to support the future vision for Wessex-wide adoption of this approach.
