Description:
Regional Partnership Boards (RPB) were established as part of the Social Services and Well Being Act 2014. The role of the RPB is to improve the well-being of the population by improving how health and care services are delivered through partnership working and integration. To facilitate this, all RPBs produce a regional population assessment, a market stability report and an Annual plan that together identify regional priorities and actions.
West Wales REGIONAL Partnership Board (WWRPB) brings together agencies across health, local government, the third and independent sectors to deliver on our priorities, facilitating transformation within the region, under the direction of the Regional Partnership Board, and overseeing a range of significant funding from Welsh Government . Our overall vision is to achieve radical and lasting change by improving the health and wellbeing of people across our communities.
The Regional Partnership team sits within Carmarthenshire County Council and provides strategic and programme support to the WWRPB, facilitating cross-agency working to implement its priorities. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and proven professional to join the team at this pivotal time and help deliver the change identified in our priorities.
