Programmatic Supply Manager

As part of the Trading Team, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding the media supply that supports our clients' campaigns.

 

Working across various departments, you will gain exposure to the entire business and acquire a diverse set of skills. This role is ideal for those who excel in communication, as you will interact daily with internal teams and external partners to grow our supply capabilities. You will have the autonomy to make decisions from day one and the freedom to explore your interests within this multifaceted position.

 

The role:

 

  • Manage the UK’s omnichannel supply partnerships across display, video, CTV, DOOH, and audio.
  • Help build, scale, and diversify their supply portfolio with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, attention, and sustainability.
  • Track and monitor spend against key deals and commitments to ensure delivery.
  • Regularly report and track UK delivery across supply sources to identify areas for performance improvement, consolidation, or growth.
  • Manage and arrange meetings with supply partners to strengthen existing relationships and foster new ones.
  • Stay updated on new features and emerging supply trends through regular partner Facilitate commercial requests for access to supply partners, pricing, and supply optimisation.
  • Support brief responses with custom site-lists, forecasts, and other ad hoc enquiries.
  • Help scope, facilitate, and grow inventory for new products and channels.
  • Troubleshoot inventory issues related to campaigns and specific products.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and upskilling of internal teams on the supply landscape and industry trends.

 

You:

 

  • Experience in a programmatic supply role, and a good technical understanding of how the the supply side of the industry works.
  • Demonstrable experience being a point of contact and/or building working relationships.
  • Experience working in an agile team environment.
  • Confident in communicating and working with multiple teams across the business.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Alignment with the company's core values and culture.
